Here are the answers to questions for your institutions compliance office regarding our position with new regulations under NCAA Bylaw 13.14.3. We are in complete compliance with this new legislation.
We are not affiliated with any summer basketball teams, and are completely objective in our player ratings. College coaches can rely upon us to produce between 12-30 reports annually on prospects from the entire United States and across the World.
We publicly identify all applicable rates which is the same for all colleges.
Our service is made available to all institutions desiring to subscribe and at the same fee rate of $400.00 per year or $200 per 6 months of service for all subscribers.
We send out detailed reports 12 times per year at the very least and up to 30 times.
Our service is based in North Carolina but we cover regional and national events for the information we disseminate.
We provide a sample report for all those who request one prior to subscription.
Video does not apply as we provide video for the Public at large for free (not behind a paywall) and not just college coaches.
